church's website and introduction to the many ministries of
Good Shepherd. If you are looking for a congregation that loves
to worship, enjoys and welcomes children and takes the commission
of Jesus Seriously you have come to the best site possible.
Good shepherd has an active children and youth ministry program
for all ages including activities for worship, service and learning.
Good shepherd preschool is a wonderful place of learning and
nurturing for children 2-5 years of age; the staff is dedicated
and shares their faith from a faith based curriculum.Ministries
abound here for every age and stage of life, yet all that takes
place is founded in faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ
as Savior of all. The mission of Good Shepherd Lutheran church
is to know, grow and share the Love of Christ in the life of
the congregation and each person's life.
Worship services at Good shepherd are at 8:30 and 11:00am each
Sunday morning from Labor Day to Memorial Day. Sunday church
school is held between the two services for all ages from toddlers
to adults. The adult forums are informative on issues of the
day and how faith informs us in response to these issues. The
summer schedule is one worship service at 9:30am each Sunday.
Good Shepherd is an Evangelical Lutheran Church in America congregation,
where all are welcome to share in the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Good Shepherd congregation believes is the Risen Christ, and
shares in the tenants of faith according to The Lutheran Confessions
which means Christ is first and foremost in the life of this
congregation, all activities flow from and return to the gospel
